Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the 3rd edition of pediatrics (editor-in-chief by GUI Yonghao and Xue Xindong, People's Medical Publishing House, 2015), the patient was diagnosed with congenital adrenal hyperplasia by comprehensive clinical manifestations and laboratory examination and took glucocorticoids regularly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are taking drugs or foods that may affect the enzyme activity during treatment, such as phenytoin, rifampicin, clarithromycin, itraconazole, ketoconazole, erythromycin, verapamil, cimetidine, diltiazem, fluconazole, grapefruit juice, and those failing to sign the informed consent,and those unwilling or unable to perform inspection requirements.
