Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as ICH: diagnosed according to the AHA/ASA guidelines for the management of spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage in 2015; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. For those without civil capacity, the agent shall decide whether to participate voluntarily, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Received broad-spectrum, long-term or combined anti-infection treatment 2. Have been exposed to antibiotics or immunosuppressant/hormone therapy within the last 3 months, and have autoimmune diseases 3. Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery and tumor, no history of gastrointestinal dysfunction such as chronic diarrhea, abdominal distension and constipation; 4. Previous history of cancer and diabetes.
