Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged between 18 and 65 years who were approved for wedge resection or bullae resection after department discussion; 2. the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) score I to II level; 3. the airway class I - II; 4. the patient signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) history of tuberculosis, COPD, respiratory syndrome and other respiratory diseases; 2) history of severe coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease and other circulatory diseases; 3) obvious pleural adhesion on the affected side was observed on imaging; 4) contraindication of general anesthesia with laryngeal mask or double lumen endotracheal intubation; 5) the patient has mental disorders, and cannot cooperate with anesthesia and poor surgical function; 6) pulmonary insufficiency (FEV1.06 cm, tracheal anatomic abnormality or lesion involving bronchi; 8) patients who refused to sign the informed consent for treatment.
