Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) according to the diagnostic criteria of depression with anxiety (ICD-10 diagnostic criteria); (2) the clinical data were accurate and complete; (3) the illness lasted for more than half a year; (4) received general anesthesia; the ASA grade was in grade I ~ II; (5) had the ability of reading and comprehension; had knowledge of this study and participated voluntarily; (6) the age is from 18 to 65 years old, not limited to male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe endocrine diseases; (2) patients with other mental disorders; (3) patients with infectious diseases; (4) pregnant women; (5) lactating women; (6) failure to follow up; due to personal factors, drop out of the study; (7) patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery; (8) patients who are allergic to the drug (esmolamine) in this study.
