Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Clinically stable PAH (defined as stable WHO functional class ,no evidence of heart failure and the need for infrequent (once or less per month) increases in drugrs dose) for at least 3 months; 3. Diagnosed of Pulmonary artery hypertension by right heart catheter:mean pulmonary pressure >= 25mmHg,pulmonary capillary wedge pressure or end diastolic pressure of left ventrical 3 wood; 4. Take ambrisentan and have a stablie dose for more than 3 months; 5. 6MWD > 250m; 6. Women of childbearing potential are required to practice an acceptable method of birth control.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving higher doses might be less able to transition successfully; 2. Pregnant Or Lactating Women; 3. If they had changed or discontinued any PAH medication within 30 days.
