Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Control group: the subjects were non-diabetic patients with wound, except for organic heart disease, without hyperlipidemia, type 2 diabetes, obesity, gout, silicosis, Alzheimer's disease and Crohn's disease. 2. Diabetic wound group: Patients with diabetic wound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin ulcer caused by electricity, chemistry and radioactivity; 2. Patients with chronic and severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients diagnosed as malignant tumor; 4. Doctors think it is not suitable for this study or have not signed the informed consent form; 5. Mental retardation, extreme alcoholism and drug abuse history; 6. Pregnant, intending or lactating women.
