Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the PID diagnostic criteria in the "Regulations for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases (Revised Edition)"; 2. Female aged 18 to 75, married or have a history of sex; 3. Patients who are prescribed spectinomycin hydrochloride for injection; 4. Voluntarily accept the drug treatment and sign a written informed consent. The informed consent process complies with the relevant regulations of GCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with severe mental disorders; 2. People with speech and cognitive impairment; 3. Those who are in critical condition or have surgical indications, such as complicated fallopian tube ovarian abscess, pelvic abscess, diffuse peritonitis, sepsis, etc.; 4. People who are allergic or known to be allergic to the drugs and their ingredients used in this test; 5. Patients with poor compliance; 6. Pregnant and lactating women, or women of childbearing age who have a positive blood and/or urine HCG test result before the test; 7. Other patients deemed unsuitable by the investigator.
