Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female over 18 years old; 2. Those who need enteroscopy to further clarify the characteristics of digestive tract diseases; 3. No contraindications for colonoscopy; 4. Those who agree to have painless colonoscopy; 5. Those who can read, understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications of colonoscopy; 2. Anesthesiologists assessed that subjects were not suitable for painless colonoscopy; 3. Patients with previous history of colorectal cancer; 4. Patients with contraindication of biopsy; 5. Patients with known active lower gastrointestinal bleeding or emergency colonoscopy; 6. Pregnant women; 7. Patients with previous intestinal resection history; 8. High risk diseases or other special conditions considered by the researchers to be unsuitable for clinical trials.
