Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had been diagnosed as T2DM according to the diagnostic and typing criteria of who in 1999; 2. Patients with age >= 18 years old; 3. There were no patients with acute complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis or diabetic hypertonic syndrome; 4. Patients who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with impaired liver and kidney function were defined as alanine aminotransferase (ALT) level 2.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal value, and serum creatinine level was 1.3 times higher than the upper limit of normal value; 2. Patients with hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome and other diseases that affect glucose metabolism or systemic hormone therapy in the last three months; 3. Patients with infection and / or acute stress in the past four weeks; 4. Patients who cannot use CGM; 5. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease or malignant tumor; 6. Patients with mental history; 7. Patients with poor compliance; 8. Any other circumstances that make the patient unsuitable for the study.
