Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes who did not receive oral diabetes medication 2 weeks before enrollmentPatients, and 7%; (2) 30 <= eGFR <90 ml/min/1.73m2; (3) 300< UACR <= 5000 mg/g; (4) 18-70 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Diabetes had more than one positive antibody (IAA, ICA, and GAD) and was diagnosed as type I diabetes; (2) Patients with severe diabetes complications, such as diabetic foot, severe liver and kidney injury, and severe Neurological diseases, severe retinopathy, etc.; (3) Blood pressure >= 180/110mmhg, total cholesterol >=6.2mmol/L; (4) patients who have received medical treatment in the past 3 months for the following diseases: cholecystitis, gastrointestinal ulcer, urine abnormal thyroid function such as road infection, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis and hyperthyroidism; (5) Patients with chronic or protracted hepatitis or severe liver diseases such as cirrhosis, and hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) positive and concomitant have liver function to have abnormal person (serum alanine aminotransferase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase is 2.5 times of the normal value), etc. (6) Renal artery stenosis.
