Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were primary onset, unilateral limb paralysis caused by clinically diagnosed ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, and no other neurological diseases except stroke. Male patients with a course of less than 12 months had the ability to walk before stroke. Able to walk independently for at least 10 meters without the help of a walker or others, the Mini-Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) > 20, the subjects all understand the test plan before the test and voluntarily participate in the test, and sign the informed consent .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were severe unilateral neglect and sensory disturbances, previous history of knee trauma or surgery, joint replacement, intra-articular injection; inflammatory arthritis or rheumatic disease, knee osteoarthritis or other joint diseases, unilateral or bilateral knee movement is limited, knee flexion can not reach 120 degrees C or more, unilateral or bilateral knee pain before the onset of stroke.
