18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Elective or emergency cesarean section; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I~II; 4. Intraoperative blood loss >= 800ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The parturients with Rh negative blood group; 2. Renal dysfunction or urinary system disease; 3. Who had received allogeneic blood transfusion within 3 months before the study; 4. Thalassemia, sickle cell anemia; 5. Syphilis or AIDS.
