Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Doctor: 1. Gastroenterologist in each research center with IBD diagnosis and treatment experience >= 2 years; 2. Understand and sign informed consent. Patient: 1. Over 18 years of age; 2. Diagnosed IBD >= 1 year, and the diagnosis and treatment principles are in line with the 2018 Chinese CONSENSUS on IBD diagnosis and treatment; 3. More than 1 year of follow-up had been conducted at the recruitment of doctors before this survey; 4. Can fill in the questionnaire independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient: 1. Complicated with malignant tumors and other serious systemic diseases; 2. Patients during pregnancy and lactation; 3. Participated in other clinical trials in recent three months.
