Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Include ARDS patients older than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with neoplastic disease; 2) Pregnant women; 3) Patients with acute brain injury: such as: cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy patients; 4) VA-ECMO assisted patients (patients with this function may experience "North-South syndrome" "Causes brain oxygen supply disorder.
