18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years. 2. The lesion was located in the cerebral hemisphere for the first time. 3. The condition was stable and the onset was less than 6 months. 4. Educational level above primary school, mild to moderate cognitive impairment, 9 points = 2, orthostatic balance >= 2, cardiopulmonary function can complete aerobic exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with severe digestive system diseases, abnormal immune function and severe heart, liver, lung and kidney diseases complicated with progressive or severe mental or cognitive dysfunction were unable to cooperate with the researchers. 2. Those with severe deafness, blindness and major physical diseases lead to communication disorders and are unable to participate in the screening; those who are seriously impaired in physical function and unable to complete the corresponding exercise training.
