45 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I - II patients; 2. Patients with cardiac function grade I - II; 3. Aged 18-75 years; 4. Patients who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy, the expected operation time should be more than or equal to 2 hours; 5. Patients without obvious cardiovascular, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases, lung function and laboratory tests are basically normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 2. Patients with moderate or severe acute respiratory distress syndrome: defined as PaO2 / FiO2 < 200 mmHg; 3. Heart failure: CI 2.5 L / min / m2, suspected according to clinical symptoms (hypotension, oliguria, pulmonary edema); 4. Patients with pneumothorax on chest X-ray or computed tomography (CT); 5. Patients who have been diagnosed with COPD; 6. Patients with a history of lobectomy before operation.
