Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. General anesthesia patients to undergo painless colonoscopy; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification ? ~ Grade; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS); 2. Liver and renal failure; 3. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (cardiac function NYHA>=3) 4. A history of chronic pain or mental illness; 5. People who are used to using sedatives and analgesics; 6. Patients with a history of vertigo or motion sickness; 7. Body mass index >= 30kg/m2.
