Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 3-year-old Han children who often live in Xi'an; 2. Complete deciduous dentition; 3. Be able to review on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Enamel hypoplasia, dentin hypoplasia, etc.; 2. Congenital diseases or systemic diseases; 3. There are active bacterial and viral infections in other parts of the body; 4. Dental fluorosis preventive measures (such as fluoride foam, fluoride gel, fluorovarnish, etc.) and pit and fissure sealant were used for oral prophylactic treatment in 3 months. Antibiotics and immunosuppressive drugs were used in 1 months.
