Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of stroke (cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction) formulated by the National Cerebrovascular Disease academic Conference; 2. The first onset of stroke with limb motor dysfunction was confirmed by CT and MRI, and the course of the disease was within 30 days; 3. MRI and intracranial vascular examination confirmed that the focus of stroke was the blood supply area of middle cerebral artery; 4. Motor evoked potentials (MEPs) could be recorded by stimulation in M1 area of the affected side.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limb dysfunction caused by other nervous system diseases; 2. Patients with contraindications to rTMS therapy such as epilepsy and metal implants; and 3. Severe cognitive and mental disorders and inability to cooperate. All the patients enrolled in this study signed informed consent forms and related documents.
