Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients and their family caregivers who meet the diagnostic criteria for lymphoma in the Criteria for diagnosis and efficacy of hematological Diseases, have no other serious organ or mental diseases; 2. Aged >=18 years old; 3. Primary school education or above; 4. Have a smart phone and learn WeChat and learning to use the method, have the habit of using mobile devices and use WeChat every week; 5. Have complete communication and understanding ability; 6. Participate in this study voluntarily and sign informed consent under the principle of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart, brain, kidney and other important organ diseases; 2. Those who have received or are receiving similar interventions within the last 3 months; 3. Those who are taking anti-anxiety or depression drugs in the recent 3 months or during the study period; 4. Those with a history of cognitive impairment or mental illness.
