Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 60-65 years; (2) No barriers to physical activity and being able to take care of themselves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Being diagnosed with or suspected of cardiovascular diseases (such as coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction), chest tightness or chest pain in daily life or after physical labour, history of cerebral hemorrhage in the past six months, or having leg pain during walking; (2) No engagement in daily activities, feeling wheeze or palpitate during mild physical activity, or history of frequent falls in the past six months; (3) History of bone fracture or surgery in the past six months, or needing to rest in bed; (4) Unstable disease conditions (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance 160/100 mmHg), uncontrolled diabetes (e.g., fasting glucose > 10.0 mmol/L), or severe complications related to diabetes (e.g., diabetic foot disease)), sinus tachycardia, or sinus bradycardia (heart rate < 55 bpm), infection, mental disorders (e.g., Alzheimer's disease), disable of normal communicating; (5) Taking part in other ongoing research projects.
