No minimum to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subject who was diagnosed as thoracic aortic aneurysm/dissection by CT angiography or interventional angiography; 2. Age is less than 80 years old; 3. Male and non-pregnancy female; 4. Subject understands study requirements and agrees to sign an informed consent form prior to any study procedures; 5. Marfan syndrome(positive control).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pseudoaneurysm; 2. Previous infection or trauma in the damaged part of aorta; 3. Heart surgery history; 4. Bone marrow transplant history; 5. Allogeneic blood transfusion within 6 months; 5. Pregnancy female.
