Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Children undergoing upper limb surgery; 2) The age range is: 1 to 8 years; 3) ASA I~II; 4) Sign and understand anesthesia informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with brachial plexus nerve and phrenic nerve injury; 2) Children with severe respiratory infections and bronchial asthma; 3) The combined puncture site (infection, hematoma, etc.) does not meet the conditions of nerve block; 4) Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 5) Children with myasthenia gravis; 6) Patients with local anesthetic drug allergy.
