20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class I ~ II; 20 ~ 90 years old women; Liver and kidney function were normal recently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental or neurological diseases before operation; 2. Serious hypertension, heart disease or endocrine diseases; 3. Those who are allergic to the drug used in this experiment; 4. Body mass index (BMI) 30Kg/ m2; 5. Chronic hypertension; 6. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 7. Patients with chronic bronchitis, asthma or other respiratory diseases; 8. Patients with intraocular pressure, intrathoracic pressure, increased intracranial pressure and hearing impairment; 9. The operation time was more than 30min. 10. Patients were excluded if inhaled or muscle relaxants were required for surgery.
