Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Experimental group: 1.1 Neurological infections diagnosed by laboratory examination. (Pathogen specific detection, cerebrospinal fluid routine and biochemical detection). 1.2 Cerebrospinal fluid examination with written informed consent. 1.3 Sex and age of the experimental group matched the control group. 1.4 Patients with treated nervous system infections need a complete history of initial diagnosis and follow-up. 2. Control group: 1.1 Recruited by surgery, excluding patients with previous neurological disorders. Patients due to fracture, hemorrhoids and other non-infectious diseases in hospital surgery, needing subarachnoid block anesthesia (lumbar anesthesia), and excluding the possibility of nervous system infection. 1.2 Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and blood tests were performed with written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with HIV infection 2. Suffering from chronic inflammatory diseases, anti-inflammatory or immunosuppressive therapies are currently used and treated with antibiotics over the past six months. 3. Having a hereditary disease or family history. 4. Suffering from mental illness. 5. Older persons (older than 65 years), pregnant women, minors (younger than 18 years) and persons with no civil capacity; 6. Having lumbar puncture, lumbar anesthesia related contraindications.
