Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-35 years; AMH>1.1ng/l; Patients undergoing antagonist IVF/ICSI and intending to undergo fresh embryo transfer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Decreased ovarian reserve function (standard FSH > 15IU/L, total bilateral AFC = 2 times or embryo transfer failure >= 2 times; 7. Abnormal thyroid function, immune abnormality, insulin resistance is not adjusted to normal levels; 8. There are other medical and surgical diseases that are not suitable for pregnancy or affect pregnancy; 9. Chromosomal abnormalities exist in either couple; 10. Related drugs have been used (Li Shenbao, Si Zekai) Related contraindications.
