Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients should meet all the following criteria before participating in the trial: 1. Able to understand and sign informed consent; 2. Aged 18-85 years, no gender limit; 3. ASAI-III level; 4. Plan to undergo elective unilateral total hip replacement under spinal anesthesia; 5. Did not participate in other clinical studies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Nerve block and / or spinal anesthesia puncture contraindication; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Refusal of nerve block and / or lumbar anesthesia; 5. Cognitive impairment, mental disorder and communication disorder.
