Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers and Patients with age >= 18 years and body temperature >= 38.5 degrees C.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who refuse to participate in clinical trials; (2) Patients with acute renal failure and anuria; (3) Patients with malignant hematological diseases and malignant tumors who have received chemotherapy and immunosuppressive drugs at an advanced stage or recently.
