Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder diagnosed in DSM-V; 2. Patients who failed to respond to 2 or more SSRIs with sufficient course of treatment; 3. Patients aged 18 to 50, right handed; 4. Patients who sign informed consent and cooperate with treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HAMD >= 24 in patients with severe depression; 2. Patients who have ever received TMS treatment or TMS contraindication; 3. Patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other mental disorders; 4. Patients with a history of brain organic diseases or complications, patients with epilepsy history (except children with fever and convulsion History); 5. Patients with serious physical diseases such as heart, liver and kidney; 6. Psychoactive substances (except nicotine) addicts; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
