Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 25-70 years; (2) Definite diagnosis of type 2 diabetes; (3) 6.5% < HbA1c < 10%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute or chronic inflammatory diseases or infectious diseases, or who are receiving antibiotics, probiotics, probiotics or any other medication that may affect the intestinal microbiota in the first 3 months of inclusion. (2) Patients with persistent vomiting or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction; (3) Gastrectomy, gastric fundus folding, colostomy and other digestive system surgeries; (4) Use of antibiotics in the past 3 months for a duration of 3 days or more (5) patients with moderate or severe renal impairment (blood creatinine > 2mg/dL or 177mmol/L), or abnormal liver function (ALT> twice the upper limit of normal value); Moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Patients with severe hypertension and cerebrovascular accidents; (6) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases; (7) Serious organic diseases, such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and stroke; (8) suffering from infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS; (9) Excessive drinking (drinking more than 5 times a week, average 2 pairs of white wine or half a jin of yellow rice wine or more than 5 bottles of beer each time); (10) In the past three months, patients receiving medical treatment for the following diseases: cholecystitis, gastrointestinal ulcer, urinary tract infection, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis, hyperthyroidism and other thyroid abnormalities; (11) Anemia: hemoglobin <10g/ dL; (12) Persons with physical disabilities or other reasons who are unable to take care of themselves, cannot clearly recall or answer questions, or have obvious dyskinesia; (13) Cannot guarantee sufficient time to participate in the project; (14) Unmarried women.
