Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese multiparous women who are at their first trimester (between 9 and 13 weeks of gestation) of twin pregnancy; 2. Willing to give written consent and compliance to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age of less than 18 years; 2. Non-Chinese; 3. Who has miscarriage of one twin; 4. Mental incapacity that would preclude completion of the questionnaire; 5. Patients refuse to participate in the study.

MeasureTime frame
The prevalence of pelvic floor disorders during twin pregnancy and after delivery;To investigate the relationship of pelvic floor disorders during twin pregnancy and after delivery with the pelvic floor anatomy;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To determine the factors contributing to the pelvic floor disorders and the changes in pelvic floor anatomy;To investigate the changes, if any, in the pelvic floor anatomy during and after the delivery;
