Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) HIV/AIDS patients who have lived in Shanghai for half a year and have never received antiretroviral treatment before; (2) V179D/E single mutation was identified by HIV drug resistance test resulted in potential low resistance to NNRTI drugs (3) In line with the Shanghai free antiviral treatment conditions; (4) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have no intention to initiate antiretroviral treatment; (2) Cannot be regularly followed-up according to the study protocol; (3) Be complicated with severe opportunistic infections; (4) need to take drugs with potential interaction with anti-HIV drugs; (5) Other conditions not suitable for enrollment judged by the investigator.
