60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60~75 years; 2. ASA I ~ III; 3. Elective abdominal endoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative complicated with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, infectious diseases, immune system and blood system diseases; 2. Preoperative history of cognitive impairment, delirium, epilepsy, psychiatric disorders, anxiety, depression or family history; 3. Previous history of POCD, organic brain disease or cerebrovascular accident; 4. A history of heavy smoking, alcohol or drug dependence; 5. Hearing or visual impairment; 6. Recent use of anticholine drugs, anticonvulsants, anti-anxiety drugs, antidepressants, etc..
