Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who visited the Department of Child Health of children's Hospital affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from January 2010 to November 2019; 3. Children health care system "whether twins" item marked as "yes"; 3. Less than 4 years old at the time of visiting.
