Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients who can sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage is clearly associated with trauma, vascular malformations, tumors, and hypertension; 2. Patients who are unable to cooperate in completing a cranial impact examination; 3. Patients with obvious infection of respiratory system and urinary system on admission; 4. Patients taking antibiotics and other drugs that affect intestinal flora within 2 weeks before admission.
