Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 70 years old; 2. Diagnosed as unilateral pulsatile tinnitus; 3. Without CT and MR contraindications; 4. The etiology can be confirmed by dual contrast CT scanning of temporal regions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with persistent non-pulsatile tinnitus (longer than 1 hour) within 6 months; 2. Patients whose etiology cannot be determined; 3. Patients with hyperacusis; 4. Patients with neurological diseases.
