Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 30-50 years; 2. Patients with broken roots falling into maxillary sinus or mandible hyoid space after tooth extraction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart disease, recent myocardial infarction or angina pectoris repeated attacks; 2. Patients with acute inflammation, such as acute leukemia, acute hepatitis and acute inflammation; 3. Patients with high fasting blood glucose, such as diabetes mellitus, fasting blood glucose more than 8.88 mmol / L; 4. Patients with hypertension, if only simple hypertension, without heart, brain, kidney disease; 5. Pregnant women; 6. During menstruation, women had compensatory bleeding and physical deterioration; 7. Patients who took anticoagulant drugs for a long time were similar to aspirin and warfarin; 8. Patients with hyperthyroidism.
