18 Years to 68 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged over 18 years old; 2. Those who have been educated for more than 5 years (including 5 years); 3. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 for non organic insomnia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with major psychological stress not yet solved or undergoing other psychotherapy at the time of enrollment; 2. Patients with a history of schizophrenia or other serious psychiatric disorders; 3. Patients who have been abusing alcohol and drugs for more than 10 years; 4. Subjects who use any psychoactive substances or drink more than four standard cups of wine every day three days before the test; 5. Patients with severe somatic disease, somatic disease or acute phase of any disease; 6. Patients with mental retardation or extensive developmental disorders.
