Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Vertical scheme: (1) Those who do not smoke or drink alcohol; (2) Subjects with normal dietary habits (non vegetarians or dieters to lose weight); (3) Subjects with normal BMI; (4) Those who did not receive periodontal treatment within 12 months; (5) Subjects without systemic diseases except oral and obstetric conditions (see exclusion criteria); (6) Those who did not use antibiotics in the last three months at least; (7) Objects with at least 20 teeth (excluding the third molar). 2. Horizontal plan: According to the pre pregnancy history and related clinical examination results, according to the inclusion criteria of the longitudinal program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Vertical scheme: (1) Systemic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, infectious diseases, such as AIDS, hepatitis B, syphilis, etc.; (2) Patients who continue to take immunosuppressants, bisphosphonates, steroids and other hormones and immune related drugs; They had a history of repeated premature delivery, previous adverse pregnancy, need for assisted reproduction (multiple pregnancy), and immune system diseases; (3) After that, gynecological examination, gynecologic ultrasound, sex hormone test (menstrual day 2-4), eugenics, vaginal microecological examination, Mycoplasma Chlamydia test, cervical examination (LCT, HPV typing), blood routine, urine routine, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood pressure, blood lipid, thyroid hormone test, liver and kidney function, infectious disease examination (hepatitis B, syphilis, AIDS, hepatitis C, etc.) The results of relevant examination were abnormal; (4) Subjects will also be asked not to take probiotics or probiotics; (5) Subjects who did not successfully conceive within one year. 2.
