Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female drug-dependences, who are abstinent less than three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who can't complete aerobic exercise; 2. Those who are illiterate or have dyslexia; 3. Patients with serious underlying diseases; 4. Patients with a history of neurological disorders or mental disorders; 5. Objects that cannot pass the physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) test.
