Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) There is a history of head trauma, and the diagnosis is confirmed by head imaging. (2) Aged < 65 years. (3) 6 hours after coma after injury. GCS score < 8 points. (4) Those who have voluntarily signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women, people with previous mental illnesses and Alzheimer's disease; (2) People with unconsciousness caused by primary diseases; (3) Patients with severe vital signs disorder, irreversible brain stem damage, respiratory and circulatory failure during observation and treatment And serious complications such as high fever, infection, etc. (4) Patients with tumor and other organ failure.
