Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of women <43 years; 2. BMI <30Kg/m2; 3. Infertile women undergoing IVF using antagonist protocol; 4. Not receiving other hormonal therapy or participating other RCT research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of a functional ovarian cyst with E2>100 pg/mL. 2. Taking any other hormonal preparation. 3. Recipient of oocyte donation. 4. Undergoing preimplantation genetic testing 5. Presence of hydrosalpinx which is not surgically treated or endometrial polyp on scanning during ovarian stimulation.
