Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary signing of informed consent and willingness to participate in this study; 2. Aged 20 to 75 years, male or female; 3. According to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China" (1995 edition), diagnosed as cerebral infarction; diagnosed as cerebral hemorrhage according to "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Chinese cerebral hemorrhage" (1995 edition); 4. Confirmed by CT or MRI; 5. MMSE Score meets the following criterria: 17 for those who never received education, 20 for those went to elementary school(less than 6 years), 20 for those who went to secondary school(more than 6 years); 6.A. Shoulder: Upper limb function impairment for paretic side, Brunnstrom level less than V, disease duration less than 12 months; B. Ankle: Lower limb function impairment for paretic side, ankle medial varus deformity, disease duration less than 12 months. 7. The vital signs are stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious cognition impairment; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases and mental disorders such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic and endocrine system; 3. Poor compliant and failed to complete the whole study; 4. Participating in other relevant clinical researchers at the same time ; 5. Allergic to tape; 6. Skin damage at the site of taping attachment; 7. Pregnant.
