Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with single head position were included in the regular prenatal examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In addition to vaginitis, the high-risk factors causing premature rupture of membranes or possible interference test results: pregnant women have vaginal bleeding, trauma, cervical dysfunction, systemic infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, serious internal and external complications, vaginal detoxification or medication within 48 hours.
