Interventions

experimental group:The subjects routinely inhaled 3 minutes of oxygen through nasal catheters or face masks before the start of emergency PCI until PCI was completed.
Control group:Before emergency PCI, oxygen was inhaled as needed according to the blood oxygen saturation of the subjects, that is, oxygen saturation was acceptable (= 94%), and no oxygen was inhaled

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the criteria of AMI diagnosis and treatment guidelines for acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (2015); 2. Patients with age = 18 years old; 3. Patients within 12 hours of AMI onset; 4. Patients who decided to implement emergency PCI after admission; 5. Patients with SpO2 = 94% before PCI; 6. Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received long-term home oxygen therapy before admission; 2. Patients with SpO2 < 94% or shock before PCI; 3. Patients with previous ventricular fibrillation; 4. Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or renal insufficiency after cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 5. Patients who refused to participate in this study.
