Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with typical allergic rhinitis or asthma caused by mites; 2. Skin prick test (prick test, Der p, Der f, negative control, positive control) Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and / or Dermatophagoides farinae + + or above; 3. Or serum specific IgE positive for Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae 2 or above; 4. Patients in the study group chose AIT according to their own wishes, while patients in the control group chose symptomatic drug treatment according to their own wishes;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe asthma or uncontrolled asthma; 2. Patients with other immune diseases; 3. Patients who have received Ait; 4. Patients who do not cooperate or have poor compliance.
