Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I ~ II; 2. Age 25-65 years old; 3. BMI 18-30 kg / m2; 4. Willing to accept the anesthesia program and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are participating in or planning to participate in any intervention clinical trial; 2. Psychotic patients and others without complete civil capacity; 3. Those who have recently taken analgesics and sedatives or received other drug treatment, or have alcohol or drug dependence; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Have allergic history or severe allergic constitution to test drugs; 6. Other situations that may cause adverse consequences.
