Eligibility

Sex/Gender
Female
Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-65 years; 2) Pathologically diagnosed of invasive breast cancer; 3) T1-3 tumors with either clinically positive ALN or centrally/medially located tumors; 4) Normal blood test reasult; 5) Mental health, can cooperate to complete the treatment; 6) Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with cardiovascular,pulmonary,or other diseases that unable to receive standard anti-tumor therapy; 2) Intolerant to single-lung ventilation; 3) Extensive pleural adhesion; 4) Distant metastasis observed after evaluation including abdominal ultrasound, chest CT, ECT or PET/CT; 5) Pregnancy; 6) Combined with other malignant tumor or previous history of malignancy, with history of any type of anti-tumor therapy.
