Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled to undergo therapeutic ERCP under general intravenous anesthesia; 2. Aged above 60 years; 3. ASA grades II and III 4.Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious cardiovascular disease; 2.Severe bradycardia; 3.Severe neurological disease; 4.Difficult airway and severe respiratory disease; 5.Establish or suspect a long or abusive history of psychotropic substances, drug addiction, alcohol abuse; 6.Allergic to narcotic sedatives and analgesics; 7.Poor communication and coordination.
