18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible patients will be 18 to 70 years ages with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathology, excluding patients with AJCC stage I(8th Union for International Cancer Control, UICC) and histologically proven WHO types II-III. 2. All participants have Karnofsky scores of at least 70, and adequate liver, and renal functions. 3. Patients' (HADS) score of Hospital anxiety and Depression scale is less than 11 points. 4. Patients can participate in cognitive behavioral therapy and can required to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of previous radiotherapy, secondary malignancy, pregnancy or lactation, severe psychological, cognitive, mental disorders, such as suicidal tendencies, etc. are excluded from the study.
